Dhyankhenharu Agriculture Privatelimited is run by people like Meena Devi in Matiha Zir. We are located in the Motihari area. We are just a small group of people who decided to register a company so we could handle our agriculture work more formally. It’s not a big operation with hundreds of employees. It is just us and our families. We spend most of our time out in the fields, checking on how the plants are growing. Motihari has its own set of challenges, from the monsoon rains to getting the crops to the city. We aren't experts in business, but we know how to plant and harvest. We don't have a marketing department to tell you how great we are. We are just honest people trying to earn a living. Sometimes we sit around in the evenings and talk about how much things have changed since our grandfathers were farming this same land. We try to keep things simple and practical. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. If the weather is bad, we wait it out. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but we are still just the same neighbors in Matiha Zir. We work hard, we stay humble, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time. That is our way of life, and we are proud of the work we do here together.
