You can find Aatalshreeagriculture over at house 128 in Panchpataura, Tola Lala. It’s part of the Motihari block. Satyam Kumar lets us use the space there for the company. We are just a group of farmers who decided to team up. Motihari is a place where almost everyone knows a bit about agriculture, so it made sense to have a formal name for what we do. We don't have a big corporate building. It is just a house where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the season. Some days are slow, especially when it is too hot to do much, but other times it is constant work. We deal with the local crops and try to help each other out with getting things to market. It is not always easy and there are plenty of mistakes along the way, but we learn as we go. We are just regular people from the Tola Lala area. We don't use big words or have long meetings about strategy. We mostly just talk about the dirt and the rain and how the plants are looking this week. It feels good to have a local base here in Panchpataura. It keeps us close to the fields where the real work happens. If you are ever near house 128, you will see us working on something related to the farms. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our jobs.
