Parsoni Gram Kisan Producer Company Limited

Parsoni Gram Kisan Producer Company Limited is run by us farmers in the Parasauni and Nichalaul area. We use Anil Kumar Joshi’s place as our main point of contact. We are a group of village people who realized that we could do more if we worked as one unit. The name Parsoni Gram is a bit of a giveaway that we are all about this specific village. We grow rice and other crops depending on what the season allows. It is a tough life sometimes because nature doesn't always cooperate. We have plenty of long days out in the heat. When we come back, we sit and talk about how to get our produce to the market in a better way. We are not experts in business, but we know the ground we walk on. We help each other with tools and advice when someone is struggling with their plot. Being a producer company lets us handle the buying and selling as a group, which is a bit less stressful than doing it solo. There is no corporate office here, just the houses and fields of Nichalaul. We are just normal people trying to earn a living from the earth and keep the traditions going. Sometimes the harvest is great and sometimes it is lean, but we keep going together. Our group is small but we are tight-knit. We just want to keep the village farming alive and well for everyone around here.
