Gidheshwar Nath Farmers Producer Companylimited is based in Jitjhingoi village. We are in the Khaira block, specifically in the Haldimor Tola area. This is where we live and where we farm. The company was named after our local area and we take pride in that. We aren't a big business with a lot of money. We are just a group of farmers who live in the Jitjhingoi panchayat. We started this to help each other out with the farming business. Most days you can find us at Haldimor talking about the crops or the weather. Bihar has its challenges when it comes to farming but we handle them as they come. We don't use big words or marketing talk. We just say what we mean. If a harvest is bad, we talk about why. If it’s good, we celebrate a little. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our papers and meet up. It’s nothing special to look at but it’s where all the decisions happen. We care about our neighbors and the families in the Khaira block. We work together because it is easier than working alone. This company is a way for us to stay organized. It is about the soil, the seeds, and the hard work we put in every day. We are just local people doing our best in Jitjhingoi.
