We are located on the Kishanpur Road in Supaul, right in the Block Colony area. It is Ward Number 4. The office is easy to find if you know the road. Baba Dharmraj Farmers Producer Company Limited is a group of farmers from around the Supaul district. We chose that name because he is respected around here. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office. It’s mostly just chairs, a few tables, and a lot of registers. We deal with the day-to-day problems of farming. Sometimes it’s about getting fertilizer, other times it’s about figuring out who will transport the grain. The road outside stays pretty busy with tractors and trucks. It can get noisy during the day. We aren't a corporate setup. We are just people who grew up on the land. Talking about the weather happens more than anything else. If the monsoon is good, everyone is happy. If not, the office gets a bit tense. We try to keep things honest and simple. No one is wearing a suit here. We are usually in our work clothes because we just came from the fields or are heading back to them. Supaul is a tough place to farm sometimes, but having this company helps us stay organized. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure the work gets done properly so we can all survive.
