Pintu Engineering Construction Pvt. Ltd. is located right on the Main Road in Jamuria, Adityapur. Being on the main road means we see everything that happens in the area. Our office is a simple one, mostly filled with rolls of blueprints, some hard hats, and a few old computers. It’s not a polished corporate space. There is usually some dust on the windows from the construction trucks passing by outside. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is often empty except for one or two people handling the phones. We have some samples of bricks and steel rods leaning against the walls. It’s a bit of a workspace rather than a place for showing off. The furniture is old but sturdy, and we’ve got a big map of the Adityapur area pinned to the wall with various markers on it. We don’t really use fancy language or have big meetings about vision. We just look at the plans and figure out how to get the building done. The traffic on the Jamuria road can be a headache, but it means we are easy to find for our suppliers. We’ve been doing this for a while and have a rhythm that works for us. It’s honest work and we do it from this small office on the corner. If you drop by, we might be busy, but we’ll find a chair for you. That is how we operate.
