We’ve been here at 10/2 Edison Road for a good while now. Durgapur is a busy place, especially in the B-Zone, and we just try to keep up with all the engineering and construction work that comes our way. It’s mostly just a group of us who know how to handle tools and get things built properly. Sometimes the weather in West Bengal makes the work slow down, but we usually figure it out. Sagar and Pradip started this because there was a lot of building happening around here and they wanted to be part of it. We aren't doing anything fancy, just solid work that people need done. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we walk or bike to the site every morning. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how construction goes. We have some old equipment that still works fine, and a few newer things too. If you walk past our place in Durgapur, you’ll probably see us moving stuff around or chatting near the entrance during a break. We handle the paperwork and the actual building ourselves. It’s a lot of long days and tired hands at the end of the week. There’s always something to fix or a new wall to put up. We just keep our heads down and do what the blueprints say. It’s not a glamorous operation, just a local shop trying to do right.
