Out in Bataspur, things are a bit quieter than in the big cities. My business is located here, post Baidyapur, under the Madhabdihi police station area. It is a rural setting and that suits the work I do just fine. I have been operating from this location for quite a long time. It is not a big company with many departments. It is more of a personal venture where I handle most things myself or with a little help. The landscape around here is mostly green, and you can hear the sounds of the village all day. I don't have a fancy office with glass walls. My workspace is simple and functional. People from the surrounding areas know where to find me if they need something. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Word of mouth usually does the trick around here. The pace of life is slower, which allows me to focus on the quality of whatever I am working on that day. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit muddy, but we are used to it. I enjoy the connection to the local community. It is a modest setup, but it works for me and the people I serve. There isn't any big mystery to it. I just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. That is the way it has always been.
