Bonpas Agro Products Private Limited

We are based in the village of Nabahat, near the Fagupur post office in the Burdwan Sadar area. Our office is set up at Abdul Rafik Mallick’s place. It’s not a corporate building like you would find in a city like Kolkata. It is right in the middle of a rural setting, which makes sense since we are dealing with agro products. The roads leading to the village can get a bit bumpy and dusty, especially when the weather is dry. We spend our days coordinating with local farmers and keeping an eye on the seasons. There is no air conditioning here, just the natural breeze and maybe a ceiling fan if the power is stable. It is a very hands-on job. We have to be aware of what is happening in the fields around us. Life in Nabahat is quiet, but our work is usually quite busy depending on the time of year. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff right from this village location. We don’t use any fancy software, just basic record-keeping and a lot of face-to-face talk. Most people around here know us by name. It is a very direct way of doing business. We aren't trying to be some massive global company. We just want to do our part in the agro sector from our small corner of Burdwan. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the land.
