Besco Limited

Our address is a bit of a mouthful, care of the late G N Mukherjee in Loco Saradapally. We are in the Burdwan district of West Bengal, specifically near the post office with the pin 713101. Besco Limited has been part of this landscape for quite some time. The area around Loco Saradapally has a lot of history related to the railways. Our office is a practical space. It isn't modern or filled with new gadgets. We have old desks and heavy cabinets for all our records. Working in Burdwan means we are away from the big city rush of Kolkata. It's a different pace of life here. We start our day early, usually around the time the local shops open. Most of the people working here live nearby and walk or take a rickshaw to work. We don't use much jargon or complicated business talk. We just focus on the manufacturing or supply work we have on hand. The building is solid but shows its age. We don't mind that. It feels like a real place where actual work happens. There is a small garden area nearby that we see from the window. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about being reliable in our own way here in Saradapally. We’ve been here so long that we’re part of the bricks and mortar.
