Ziongp Infra Private Limited is over in Dhanori at Akash Park. The office is at S/No-29, Plot No. 1/2/2, in the Munjwa Busty area. It is a bit of a local neighborhood, and the office reflects that. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big corporate entrance. It is just a simple place where we manage our infra projects. Inside, there are a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of cabinets filled with project documents. Dhanori is a growing part of Pune, so there is always some construction happening nearby. We get a lot of dust in the office from the roads outside. The team is mostly made up of local guys who know the area well. We spend our days coordinating site visits and talking to suppliers. It is not a very formal environment. We sit around, have our tea, and discuss what needs to be done next. Sometimes we are out on the sites more than we are in the office. It’s a very practical way of working. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make things look perfect. We just handle the business and make sure the work gets completed. It is an honest living, and we just keep at it day after day without much fuss or worrying about the mess on our desks.
