Our office is in the Madhuban building, A-706, over in Vishrantwadi. It’s a decent area of Pune, specifically in the Kalas part. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at other buildings and the street below. Windsor Club Cabana Estates is essentially just us working on local property and estate matters. Pune is growing so fast, and we see it happening right outside our window in 411015. It’s not a huge operation. We’ve got a few rooms where we meet and talk about different estate projects. The building itself is one of those typical Pune blocks where everyone knows each other. We get to work early, usually before the traffic really starts to pile up around Vishrantwadi. There is always a lot of paperwork with estates, so that takes up most of our morning. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under maps and contracts. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering the door and taking calls. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place to be. We drink a lot of coffee and just try to make sure we don't miss any details. It’s just regular work for regular people, nothing more. We just deal with the estates and the buildings as they come across our desks every day.
