Globe Venture

Globe Venture is based out of Flat No. 6, 48/2 Shinde Associates in Manaji Nagar. We are right there near Pratik Apartment in the Narhe area of the city. It’s a bit of a quiet residential spot, which is nice because it means we can actually focus on our daily work without too much noise from the main road. The office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace over time. It’s got a few desks, a couple of older computers, and way too many files stacked up in the corners. We’re always running out of printer ink or looking for a stapler that someone misplaced. It’s not a corporate building with a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just come up the stairs and knock on the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails, trying to coordinate things for the business. Living and working in Narhe has its ups and downs, like the occasional power cut or the narrow lanes that get blocked easily, but it’s where we started. We know the neighbors around here and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our chai in the morning. It feels more like a small family operation than a big, cold business. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a map. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule.
