Pride Purple Properties

The office for Pride Purple Properties is where we handle all the day to day stuff involving houses and buildings. It is a bit of a paperwork heavy job so you will usually see a lot of files and maps lying around on the desks. We spend a good chunk of our time either on the phone or driving out to different locations to check on things. It is not always as exciting as people think but we stay busy with the details that keep everything moving. The office is a regular space where we meet people to go over contracts or talk about different plots of land. We have been working in this field for a while and have seen how the market goes up and down but we just stick to the basics. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and sometimes things take longer than expected because of the red tape. We don't have a big marketing department so we just talk to people straight about what is available and what the costs are. Some days are spent entirely on the road and other days we are stuck at our desks trying to catch up on emails. It’s a practical business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We just provide the space for people to figure out their property needs without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere.
