Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. has an office in Aundh as well. We are in B-804 at Sylvan Heights. This is in the Sanewadi area of Pune, 411007. The building is quite tall and we are up on the eighth floor. From up here, you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood. Sylvan Heights is a well-known residential complex. Our office is basically a large apartment that we use for work. It’s got a lot of light coming in through the windows. We handle different parts of our development projects from these desks. It’s a busy place with people coming in and out all day. We aren't really a showroom, just a place where the staff sits and works on plans. The elevator can be a bit slow during lunch hours when everyone is moving. Sanewadi is a nice part of Aundh to be in. There are plenty of cafes around if we need to grab a coffee. We don't have a big fancy reception area. It’s more about having a solid place to sit and get the daily tasks done. The office feels lived-in because we spend so many hours here. It’s practical and it works for us. We like the vibe of this building. Most people who work here are local to Pune. It’s just a regular day at the office for us, keeping things moving along.
