Siddhi Associates

Our place, Siddhi Associates, is tucked away on the second floor of Vianayk Apartment. If you know Sadashiv Peth, you know how crowded the lanes can get. We are right on Kumthekar Road, specifically at 754/B. Finding us is easiest if you look for the Kotak Bank across the street. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s an older structure, but it works for what we do. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you get to the second floor, it's quiet enough to get work done. We handle various bits of paperwork and consultation stuff here. It’s not a big team, just a few of us sitting around desks piled with folders. The fan hums all day, and we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze from the road. Sadashiv Peth has a certain rhythm to it, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get hectic. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a practical space. We chose this spot because Kumthekar Road is central for everyone. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. It's a straightforward operation, nothing too complicated about how we run things in this office. We’ve lived in this part of the city for years, so it feels like the right place for us.
