Inc Developers

We work out of Pune in the 411 030 area. Our office isn't anything to brag about, just a place where we keep the blueprints and handle the phone calls. Being developers in Maharashtra means we spend a lot of time at construction sites, getting our shoes dusty. We handle the local projects around this part of the city. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and making sure the bricks show up on time. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere and samples of tiles sitting in the corners. We started Inc Developers because we knew the area well and wanted to build things here. It is not an easy job because there is always some delay or something going wrong with the supplies. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes I am at the desk and other times I am out looking at a foundation being poured. The weather in Pune usually treats us okay, except when it pours and we have to stop work on the sites. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It is just us trying to get these buildings finished so people can move in. We focus on the practical side of things and try to keep our heads down. It is a lot of long hours but seeing a building actually stand up is worth it.
