Our setup is over at Survey No. 129/2, inside Mont Vert Altesse. It’s right on Sus Pashan Road, not far from the Union Bank of India. We do property management and other venture-related services for people in the area. It’s a lot of keeping track of maintenance and making sure things are running okay in the buildings we look after. Pashan is a growing area, so there is always a new project starting or a repair that needs doing urgently. We end up driving back and forth between the bank and the project sites all day. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and plumbers. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. Most days we have dusty shoes from visiting different sites. We don't have a big marketing department. It's just a few of us in the office making sure the rent is paid on time and the lights stay on. We handle the boring stuff so owners don't have to worry about it constantly. People know us as the folks who are always around the Sus Pashan area. We try to be helpful when someone has a question about a lease or a simple repair. It's just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Sometimes things break at the worst possible times, and we just have to deal with it right then. We aren't trying to change the whole industry. We just want to do a decent job for the people here.
