Our office for Zamil Steel Building India Pvt.Ltd is tucked away in Janwadi, over in the Model Colony area of Pune. It’s specifically at Piyush Tiwari C/O B.P. Galande, near the 60 Model Colony mark. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here compared to the big industrial zones, but we manage just fine. We have our desks set up and we spend the day handling all the steel building requirements that come our way. The neighborhood is usually quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on technical stuff. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity that doesn't know its neighbors. We are just here, doing the work, making sure the steel orders are correct and the clients get what they need for their sites. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on the street, but we make it work. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some local snacks now and then. The address is 16, and it's a place where we put in the hours. We talk to the site managers, we check the schedules, and we deal with the daily grind of the construction world. It's straightforward work. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels more like a real community while we handle the heavy-duty steel business and keep everything moving along according to the plan.
