Om Refractories

Our spot is over in Wing F, Flat No. 201 at Sonigara Vihar, which is part of the Raghunath Plaza in Kalewadi. It is more of an office setup inside a residential-style building, so it feels quite local and grounded. Om Refractories is where we handle all our business dealings and coordinate things. If you are looking for us, you have to find the right wing, but once you are here, it is pretty quiet. Working out of a flat gives the whole thing a different feel than a big corporate park. We have our desks set up and the phones are usually ringing with people asking about refractory materials. We spend a lot of time on calls or going through the ledgers. It is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We might be making tea one minute and then dealing with a supplier the next. Kalewadi is a decent area to be in, even if the parking around the plaza can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know us by name. It is just a regular place where we put in the hours and try to do things right. There is no big marketing department here, just us sitting in Flat 201 doing the work that needs to be done.
