We have a shop at number 16 in the Kalpvruksha Complex. It's in Sector 9 of Khanda Colony, right across from the Corporation Bank. Banaraswala Metal Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle our daily business. New Panvel West is a busy area, and being near the bank helps people find us. The complex is a bit older, and our shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful with how we stack things. We spend most of our time dealing with various metal items and paperwork. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details. We don't have a big corporate office in a skyscraper; we're just here in the local market. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, and we've seen more shops open up around us over the years. We usually have the doors open to get some air in. People from the colony stop by to ask questions or just look at what we have. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, open the shutters, and work until it's time to go home. The floor is usually a bit messy with bits of metal, but that’s just part of the craft. It's a simple operation run by a few of us who have been doing this for a while. Sometimes the delivery trucks take up all the parking, but we manage somehow.
