Yathaavan Landmarks & Infraa Private Limited

We have an office over at Gulmohar Apartment on East Street. It's on the second floor, room number 211. Being in the Camp area of Pune is great because there are so many good places to eat nearby, even if parking is a total disaster. Yathaavan Landmarks & Infraa Private Limited is basically just us working on local infrastructure and landmark projects. The office itself is quite old-fashioned, which fits the vibe of East Street. We have high ceilings and windows that let in a lot of dust from the street. We spend our time looking over site plans and trying to stay on top of all the regulations. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we have to head out to sites in different parts of Pune, so we aren't always at our desks. When we are in, it’s mostly about coordinating with our team and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is probably the most used part of the office. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past Gulmohar Apartment. We've been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a solid place to get work done. The street life here is always interesting and keeps us on our toes during the afternoon rush.
