Yat Buildcon Private Limited is located over at 231 Moldina Road in the Camp area of Pune. Camp is one of those places that always feels alive, no matter what time of day it is. It’s got that old-school Pune vibe which we really enjoy. Our office is right in the middle of all that history. It’s a busy street and finding a place to park is usually the hardest part of our morning. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The office is full of old files and blueprints from various projects we have taken on over the years. We aren't interested in having a shiny, modern office in a glass building. We like the atmosphere here. It feels real. Most of our work involves construction and development around the city. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s a hands-on business. We don’t use any fancy corporate language because that’s just not who we are. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around here a mess, but that is just part of living in Pune. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places nearby. It is a simple life and we like it that way. We just do our work, treat people fairly, and then go home to our families at the end of the day.
