YASHODHAN BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is Yashodhan House, located at S. No. 1204/14 on Ghole Road in Shivajinagar, Pune. It’s a well-known part of the city. We’ve been here in this building for quite some time, and it’s basically become our second home. Working in Pune is different from other cities; things are a bit more traditional here. We handle construction projects under the name Yashodhan Buildcon. It’s a family-style environment in the office. We don't have fancy glass walls or modern art. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting sites around Shivajinagar and the rest of Pune. We aren't really into the whole marketing thing. We just think that if you do a decent job, people will tell their friends. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. Sometimes the traffic on Ghole Road is a nightmare, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on the bricks and the cement. We don't have any big corporate goals other than finishing our current projects and finding the next one. It’s just a regular business run by people who know how to build. We’ve seen Pune grow so much over the years, and we’re just glad to be a small part of that growth without needing to shout about it. We just show up and do what needs doing.
