Yashoda Engineers

Yashoda Engineers is tucked away at number 7 on Lane No. 2 in Shrinagar, over in the Pimple Gurav area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main highway. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time now. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly small-scale stuff that people in the area need help with. The workshop is small, and it’s usually filled with tools, scrap metal, and whatever project we are currently working on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s always some shavings or oil on the floor, but that’s how you know work is getting done. We don't have a big team—just a few of us who know our way around a lathe and a welding torch. We don't do much advertising; people usually just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. You can just walk down the lane and find us. Sometimes we have to tell people to wait a few days because we have a backlog, but we try to be quick. We aren't corporate people. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. It’s just a local shop doing what we can to stay busy and helpful.
