Innovative Engineers

We are located at S. No. 821/2, right behind the Maharashtra Ware Housing Corp. on the Pune-Nashik Road. Being in Charholi, specifically the Charholi (bk) area, means we are a bit away from the main city rush of Pune, but the highway is right there. At Innovative Engineers, we spend most of our time in the workshop. You can hear the traffic from the Pune-Nashik road all day long, a constant hum of cars and heavy trucks. Our shop isn't very large, but we have everything we need to get the engineering work done. The yard can get a bit muddy when it rains because of the heavy vehicles coming through the warehouse area next door. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things usually get messy by noon when we’re in the middle of a big job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working on parts and making sure the machines are calibrated. Usually, one of us is wearing overalls and covered in a bit of oil. We like being tucked away behind the big warehouse because it gives us a bit of a quiet spot to focus, even if the road is just a stone's throw away. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do every day. We just keep our heads down and finish whatever is on the workbench for that afternoon, then we clean up and head home.
