We are over at S. No. 81/ 5 in the Dangat Estate, which is in the Shivane area of Haveli. We’re pretty close to the Agrawal Godown, so if you see the trucks heading that way, you’re in the right neighborhood. Being in an estate like this means there’s always something happening. You hear the noise from the other units and the trucks coming and going all day long. Samarth Engineering is basically a big workshop filled with machines and the smell of oil. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear work clothes that can get dirty. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our time milling, drilling, and putting things together. Some days the rhythm is steady, and other days it feels like everything needs to be done at once. We don't have a fancy website or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find one of us covered in shop dust. We try to keep things organized, but when we get busy, parts end up everywhere. It’s just a normal engineering shop doing normal work for people who need things made or repaired. We like the community here in Shivane; it’s a lot of hard-working folks just trying to get through the week. We keep the doors open for ventilation and just get on with it. There’s always a stack of blueprints sitting on the workbench that we're looking over.
