Our place is located at S No 4/2/5 in Priyadarshaninagar. We are right near the Sangvi Seva Hospital in Pune. It’s a well-known landmark for anyone trying to find us. We work as builders and developers, which keeps us pretty busy around the 411027 area. Most days we are out at different sites, but the office is where we do all the planning. It’s a local operation. We aren't some massive company from out of town. We live and work right here in Pune. Building homes and other structures involves a lot of moving parts. There is the land to consider, then the permits, and finally the actual construction. We handle a bit of everything. Sometimes it feels like we are mostly just managing people and schedules. The office is often loud with people coming in and out to discuss project details. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. It's usually one of us just shouting across the room. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big words. We just want to build things that stay standing. It's regular work for regular people. We've been in Sangvi for a while and we plan to stay here for much longer.
