Yasheshwar Construction Private Limited

Our office for Yasheshwar Construction Private Limited is tucked away in Matenagar, near Niramay Hospital. We are in Flat 105, which is part of S.No. 39 on Road N 5. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. Pune-411014 is our home base. We started this company because we wanted to work on residential projects that actually made sense for local families. Most days, the office is pretty quiet except for the sound of the printer going or someone on a call with a supplier. We aren't trying to be the biggest developer in Pune. We just want to do good work on the projects we take on. Sometimes we have clients come by the flat to look at samples or discuss floor plans. It's a casual environment. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If the door is open, you just walk in and find one of us. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, checking on progress, and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination. There are always challenges, like when materials don't show up or the weather turns bad, but we just deal with it. We’ve been around long enough to know that things rarely go exactly to plan, so we stay flexible and keep working. Sometimes we order food for the whole crew and just sit on the floor to eat. It’s just easier that way.
