Yashcon Urban Development Llp is located over at Satara Road. You can find us in the Indranil Godown area, specifically in units 8 and 9. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is a godown, after all. We spend a lot of our time surrounded by crates and equipment, which suits us just fine. Being on Satara Road means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic every single morning, but it is a good spot for getting work done. We handle urban development projects, which basically means a lot of time spent looking at land and talking to contractors. Our team is small, and we have worked together for a long time. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us. This is just how we talk. Some days are good, and some days everything seems to go wrong with the supplies or the weather. We just keep showing up. We drink way too much tea during our meetings. People often get lost looking for unit 8, but once they find us, they see we are just regular people. We try to be honest about how long things take. Development isn't fast, and we don't pretend it is. We have seen this part of the city grow a lot. It is dusty and loud, but it is where we do our business. We stay focused on the tasks we have today and try not to worry too much about next year yet.
