Yashcon Shelter Llp

We’re located over at Sataara Road in Parvati. If you look for S No.63/2 B, Plot No 5, you’ll find us in Garage No 1. It sounds a bit unusual to be working out of a garage, but it’s actually a pretty good space for what we do at Yashcon Shelter Llp. It keeps us close to the ground and easy to reach. We don’t have a glass-walled office or a fancy sign out front. It’s just a place where we get together to figure out how to help people with their housing needs. Most days involve a lot of driving around and checking on various sites, then coming back here to sort out the details. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a few chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with how our office looks. We’d rather focus on making sure the work is done right. Parvati is a busy area, and being on Sataara Road means there's always something going on outside. We like the energy of it. We started this venture because we saw a way to do things more simply. There are no layers of management here. If you talk to one of us, you’re talking to the person making the decisions. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps us honest about what we can actually achieve for our clients. It is not always perfect but we show up every morning.
