YASH SAMRUDDHI BUILDCORP LLP

Our office is over in Baner at Tulip Towers. We are on the 4th floor, specifically Flat No 401. Yash Samrudddhi Buildcorp LLP is the name we use for all the official stuff we do. Baner is a part of Pune that’s really taken off lately. You can’t go a block without seeing some new project starting or a crane in the sky. We’ve got our own work to worry about, though. Most of our time is spent looking at site reports or talking to contractors on the phone. The office isn’t huge, but it fits us and our files. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air when the meetings get too long or the room gets stuffy. There’s a lot of dust from all the construction in the area, so we are always cleaning the windows and the desks. We aren't some fancy corporation with polished floors and glass walls. It’s just a place where we get things done. We have our own rhythms and routines that keep us going. On Mondays, we plan the week, and by Friday, we are just trying to wrap everything up so we can go home. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is breathing down our necks. We know the other folks in the building, and we usually say hello. It’s just a normal business in a normal city.
