You can find us at 676 Taboot Street in the Camp area of Pune. We are right next to the Budhani shop, which is a big landmark around here. Our store is a mix of a pharmacy and a place to get daily items. We have the usual medicines that people need for fever or cough, and then we have things like toothpaste, soaps, and snacks. Taboot Street is usually packed with people and cars, so it’s quite loud outside most of the time. We have a glass counter where we keep the smaller items so they don’t get lost. The shelves go all the way up to the ceiling because the shop is narrow. We use a small ladder to reach the boxes at the top. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific medicine if it’s tucked away in the back. We have a small refrigerator for insulin and some cold drinks for people passing by. The floor is old tile and it’s got some cracks, but it’s sturdy. We see a lot of different people every day because of the location in Camp. Some just come for a strip of tablets and others buy their whole month's supply of toiletries. We don’t do any home delivery or anything, people just walk in and get what they need. It’s a busy life but we are used to the pace of Taboot Street and the people here.
