Oshin Power & Care is out in Phursungi, specifically at Sankalp Park on DP Road. The full address is 133/5/7, which sounds a bit long when you say it out loud. Phursungi is a bit of a trek for some people, but it’s where we’ve set up shop and it works for us. The area around Sankalp Park has been developing, so there’s often construction noise or trucks passing by on DP Road. Our space is functional. We deal with power and care stuff, which mostly means we’re looking at machines or parts all day. It’s not the kind of work you do in a clean white shirt. There is usually a bit of dust because of the road outside, but we don't mind. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be fixed or maintained, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we can head home a bit earlier if the schedule allows. The DP Road can get quite dark in the evening, but Sankalp Park is a familiar sight for us now. We’ve got our tools and our routine. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to be useful and keep things running properly for everyone.
