Amico Agencies

Our business, Amico Agencies, is situated right near Harris Bridge on the Bombay Puna Road in Dapodi. It’s a very busy spot because of all the vehicles moving between the two cities. Being near the bridge means we see a lot of activity throughout the day. We operate as an agency, which means we act as the middleman for a lot of different products and services. Our office isn't anything special—just a room with some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of ledgers. We spend a lot of time checking on shipments and talking to transport companies to see where our goods are. Sometimes the noise from the Bombay Puna Road makes it hard to hear on the phone, so we have to keep the windows shut even when it's hot. We’ve been in Dapodi for quite a while now and we know the area well. We don't really do any fancy promotion. Most of our work comes from people we’ve dealt with for a decade or more. It’s a lot of routine stuff, like checking invoices and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. We just try to be practical about everything. If there's a problem with a delivery, we just work through it until it's sorted. It’s a small, honest operation, and we just keep things ticking along as best as we can every day.
