Our office for Shimadzu Medical (India) Pvt Ltd is at 2, Rachana House. We are located at 1229-B on Fergusson College Road, which everyone just calls FC Road. It’s in the Deccan Gymkhana area. To find us, you usually have to look behind the Hardikar Typing Institute. It’s a bit of a specific spot, slightly away from the main road’s heavy foot traffic. We deal with medical equipment, so the office is mostly full of desks, papers, and sometimes some manuals. It’s a professional environment but it doesn't feel like a cold corporate headquarters. We have a small team here managing things. FC Road is always full of students and shoppers, so there is a lot of life right outside our door. Being near the typing institute is a good landmark because people have known that place for ages. Our space in Rachana House is functional. We don't have big displays or flashy lights. We just handle the business of medical technology from here. Sometimes the parking on FC Road is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early or take a rickshaw. It’s just a regular workplace where we spend our nine-to-five. We’ve been in this Deccan Gymkhana spot for a while and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical location for staying connected to the rest of the city. We have a small tea kettle in the corner that gets a lot of use.
