We are based in Pune at Mantri House on F. C. Road. Our office is on the first floor, and the full name of the business is Xrbia-Mirth Properties Llp. F. C. Road is one of the most vibrant parts of the city, and we really enjoy the energy that comes from being in the 411004 area. There is always something happening right outside our window, which can be a bit distracting but also keeps us feeling connected to the city. Our office at number 929 is a practical space where we manage our property business. We aren't the type to use big corporate words or have fancy meetings in glass rooms. Instead, we have a few desks and a lot of folders where we keep track of everything. Most of our work involves dealing with properties and making sure all the details are handled correctly. It can be a lot of back and forth on the phone, and some days we feel like we are constantly running from one thing to the next. We have a small, friendly team and we just try to help each other out to get the work finished. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the maps and documents, but we manage to keep things under control. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator. We just like being a part of the Pune property scene.
