Workway Dwelling Private Limited

Workway Dwelling is based out of an apartment, Flat A 403, over in the Kapil Dreams building. We are right near the Bhairav Mandir at Shivaji Chowk in Katraj. It’s a busy area, but our space is a bit quieter. We mostly handle things related to places for people to stay or live, which is why we have dwelling in the name. It’s not a huge office with a reception desk or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we get the paperwork done and talk to people about their housing needs. Being in Katraj is handy because it’s a central spot for many. We’ve been at this address, CTS No 181, for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We deal with various property matters day in and day out. It can get a bit hectic sometimes with all the messages and calls, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work and help people find where they need to be. Kapil Dreams is a well-known spot, so it makes it easier for people to find us if they need to drop by. We’re just regular people working in the real estate and housing sector. Nothing flashy about it.
