Wishikashawishikasha Projects Llp is tucked away in Shaniwar Peth, right opposite the Omkareshwar Temple. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which we actually like. Our office is in Manikprabhu Nagari, specifically Flat No. 12 in the Tambe Bol area. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well for the kind of project work we do. We mostly handle local development and planning. Being near the temple means there’s a certain rhythm to the day with the bells and the crowds. It’s a far cry from those sterile office parks you see in the newer parts of the city. We’re just a small group of people who know how to manage construction and project details. Some days we are stuck behind the desk all afternoon, and other days we are out walking around sites. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on projects and try to see them through to the end. There are always obstacles, like permits taking forever or costs going up, but that’s standard for this line of work. We’ve been at 290 Shaniwar Peth for a while and the locals know us. It’s a grounded kind of life. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry too much about looking like a big-shot company. It gets busy, but we always find time for a tea break.
