Winmark Services

I've been coming into the office at Deccan Gymkhana for a while now. Winmark Services is just where we spend our days. The area is usually pretty busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out. We keep things simple here. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but you get used to it. My desk is near the window, so I see a lot of people walking by. It's not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get through our tasks. People ask what it's like, and honestly, it’s just work. We handle what comes in. The building has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes takes forever, but it’s home for us. We've seen a few shops change hands nearby over the years. Deccan Gymkhana has that specific feel to it, you know? It's not quiet, but it’s familiar. We aren't trying to be anything big or loud. Just Winmark Services, doing what we do every day. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road. It helps when the afternoons get long. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our equipment. It works for us. We just show up, do the jobs, and go home. That's pretty much the story of this place. No frills, just steady work in a part of town we know well. We've been here long enough that the sounds of the street don't even register anymore. It's home.
