Our office is sitting right in the Jai Ganesh Vision building over on Maharshi Karve Marg in Akurdi. We are in unit 112, which is easy enough to find once you get inside the complex. It’s a busy place with lots of other businesses around us. We spend our days looking at paperwork and talking to banks on the phone. Home loans can be a real headache with all the documents needed, so we just sit here and try to sort through it all for people who come in. The desks are usually piled high with folders. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors wanting to buy their first house. We talk about interest rates and bank rules in plain English because the official forms are way too confusing. Sometimes the computer system is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but we get there eventually. If you’re coming to see us, just head to the Akurdi area and look for the Jai Ganesh Vision sign. We don't wear suits or anything; it's a relaxed office where we just focus on getting the files processed. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the bank people, which takes up most of our morning. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when the afternoons get long and we still have a lot of files to get through. It’s a bit cramped with all the storage cabinets, but we make it work.
