New Town Leasing & Finance

We've been here at 1/27/A Nigidi for a while now. Most people know us because we're right by the HDFC. It's a busy spot. New Town Leasing & Finance isn't a fancy place, just a regular office where we handle paperwork and talk to folks about their money needs. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we're used to it. The office stays pretty busy with people coming in to ask about leasing or how the finance side of things works. We try to keep things simple here. No one wants to deal with complicated talk when they are trying to figure out a loan or a lease. My desk is usually covered in folders and a few half-empty tea cups. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some days are slower than others, but there is always someone dropping by to check on a status or bring in a document. It’s just how we run things. If you are walking near the HDFC building, you’ll see our door. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything gets filed right. It’s a practical setup with some old chairs and a ceiling fan that clicks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It might not seem exciting to everyone, but it’s what we do here in Nigidi. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure the records are in order.
