Gic Housing Finance

Our office is over at Sai Krupa Bhavan, right across from the K S B Pump in Pimpri. Gic Housing Finance is where we spend our days looking at loan applications and property papers. It’s a typical office setup, nothing very exciting to look at. We have a lot of files and people coming in and out all day. Pimpri is always busy, especially near the pump, so there’s plenty of activity around us. We don't use a lot of fancy talk here. We just sit down with people and go over the numbers. Sometimes the process takes longer than we’d like because of all the rules, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't a huge bank with glass walls and uniforms. It feels more like a local spot where you can just come in and talk. We've seen a lot of people from the neighborhood over the years. Some are buying their first home, others are just asking questions about rates. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just do the paperwork and try to get things approved. It gets a bit loud when the traffic builds up outside Sai Krupa Bhavan. But we’ve been here a while and we know the rhythm of the place. It's just steady work every day. No bells or whistles, just finance for regular folks trying to get things sorted.
