We are part of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd, but this specific office has its own feel. You have to walk up the stairs since the lift is a bit moody sometimes. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. It feels more like a small group of friends working together than a big corporate office. We’ve got stacks of folders everywhere because we still like having things on paper. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, so we just open the windows and deal with the noise. It’s just how things are here in this building. We’ve been in this Shivaji Nagar location for quite some time, and we know all the local food stalls nearby for lunch. It’s a practical, everyday kind of workspace. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming, but we manage.
