A 4 Property

A 4 Property is located at 20/3 Dhanakawadi, right on the 30th Cross of Swagath Main Road. We are across from the K K Market and quite close to Dr. Jadhav’s Clinic. It’s a good landmark to use because everyone around here knows where the clinic is. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We have a big map of the local area pinned to the wall, but it’s a bit faded now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses or shops they want to rent or sell. There is a lot of paperwork involved, and the folders are stacked up high on the shelves behind my chair. The tea boy from the corner comes by three times a day, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. Dhanakawadi is a crowded place, and the noise from the market can get quite loud on the weekends. We have an old sofa for visitors, but the springs are a bit loose so you have to be careful how you sit. We don’t use any of those big real estate websites much. We prefer to just talk to people face to face. It’s a bit slower that way, but it feels more right. My father started this business and I just took it over. We don’t have any big plans to expand, we just like being here in this neighborhood.
