K Nine Associates

K Nine Associates is located at 273 Shaniwar Peth 2. We are on the second floor, which keeps us away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the traffic. We are quite close to the Vinayak Meti Mandal, so that’s the landmark we usually tell people to look for. The office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the paperwork we have to keep track of. Shaniwar Peth is a busy neighborhood with a lot of history and old buildings. We like being here because everything is within reach. We handle various associate-level work, mostly stuff that involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking at files. It’s a quiet sort of life compared to the shops downstairs. We have a routine where we start early and finish up when the sun starts to go down. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but we do it every day. Most of our visitors are people who live or work nearby. We don't have fancy decorations or a big reception area. It is just a functional space where we get our chores done. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner during our breaks. It’s a simple way to spend the workday in this part of town. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and it suits our needs just fine.
