White Stone Ice Creams Llp

We are over here in Bavdhan Khurd, specifically at Flat 404 in the Dsk Ranwara building. It is a quiet spot in Pune and this is where White Stone Ice Creams Llp gets things done. It started because we just wanted to make something cold and sweet for the people nearby. There isn't a massive factory or anything like that. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area just trying out different ingredients and seeing what works. Some days the freezer behaves and some days it doesn’t. We usually have a lot of containers stacked up and the smell of sugar is everywhere. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the batches are okay before they go out. Living and working in Pallavi makes the commute really short, which is nice when you have to start early in the morning. People around the neighborhood sometimes see us moving crates or checking the deliveries. We keep it pretty simple. There is no fancy office with big desks. It is just about the ice cream and making sure we don't run out of supplies. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just how it goes here. We have been in this part of Pune for a while now and the 411021 area feels like home. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Even the neighbors know when we are churning a new batch because they see the delivery bikes.
