We have been here in Manchar Ambegaon for a good while now. Our place is set up right at Wasari-Phata. It’s a spot that stays pretty busy with traffic and people moving through. Every morning starts quite early for us because cows don’t really care about what time it is. They need what they need when they need it. At Parag Milk Foods Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our hours handling the milk that comes in and making sure it gets where it needs to go. The roads around Wasari-Phata can get really dusty during the dry months, and sometimes the mud is a bit of a mess when it rains. We have a small crew of people working here. Most of them are local folks who live just a short walk or bike ride away. We don’t really bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on the dairy tasks at hand. It involves a lot of washing up, checking the temperature of the tanks, and making sure the cans are lined up right. People in the area know our building well. We’ve watched the town grow a bit, with more shops opening up nearby, but our daily routine hasn't changed much. It is hard work, especially when the heat gets bad in the afternoon, but it keeps us moving. We don't spend much time sitting around. If something needs fixing, we just grab the tools and get to it.
