I’ve been here for years, and I can tell you exactly which floorboard creaks when you walk over it. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk to our customers like normal people. Most of them are folks who have been buying from this area for decades. You get to know what they like and what they don't. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy place, but it’s where we work. We focus on getting the food to the shops and making sure everything is counted correctly. It’s a simple life in a crowded part of town that never sleeps.
