WESTCOASTAL BUILDCON LLP

We’ve been over here at Kalyani Nagar for a while now. Most days it’s just us trying to keep things moving. Westcoastal Buildcon LLP is what we call ourselves on the papers, but to the folks around here at SN-220, we’re just the builders working out of the Bharmal Jay Mahadev building. Pune is growing fast, and you can see it right outside the window. We spend a lot of time on phone calls and checking on various sites. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, especially the stuff from the city office. It’s not always pretty or organized, but the work gets finished eventually. My desk is usually a mess of blue prints and coffee stains. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that. If someone needs to talk, they just come by the office and pull up a chair. There’s a tea shop down the road where we spend most of our breaks when the weather isn’t too hot or raining. Living and working in Maharashtra means dealing with the traffic and the long commutes, but you get used to it after a few years. We aren't looking to change the world, just doing the building work we know how to do. Some days are long, and the sun is really harsh on the workers, but then the weekend comes around and we do it all over again on Monday. It’s a simple life.
